Future Leaders Fellowship
The LeadNext Future Leaders Fellowship offers a unique experience for young Nigerians to harness the civic responsibility required for ethical engagement in governance and public life.

Overview
The Fellowship equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and civic responsibility needed to engage ethically in governance and public life. Through a small, close-knit cohort, fellows learn to lead by thinking critically, collaborating, and acting with integrity. The program moves participants beyond individual ambition toward collective purpose by preparing next generation leaders to serve Nigeria with competence, courage, and patriotism.

Interactive learning on governance, ethics, and public leadership
Team-based policy and problem-solving labs on real national issues
Engagement with experienced public servants and civic leaders
Civic and institutional exposure opportunities
A collaborative capstone project addressing a governance or public-interest issue

Eligibility Criteria
Nigerian citizens aged 18–25 years
Demonstrated interest in governance, civic engagement, or public service
Commitment to ethical leadership and national development
Ability to dedicate at least 4 hours per week for the duration of the Fellowship
