Civic Stewards Fellowship
The LeadNext Civic Stewardship Fellowship is a community-focused program for young Nigerians to strengthen local resilience and social development by understanding systemic community needs.

Overview
This Fellowship supports participants in understanding community needs, working collectively to address local challenges, and contributing to sustainable solutions that improve everyday life. Rather than focusing on individual leadership advancement, the program emphasizes shared responsibility, cooperation, and long-term community well-being.
